Drought, and what a book can do

Drought is a weather year and a water table, not a slogan. A printed title can walk you through one household method. It cannot refill a river.

The official Joseph's Well page mentions about forty gallons a day. That number is theirs. Soil and depth decide the rest. This page will not promise a yield for El Paso or the Central Valley.

If your county already runs well permits, start there. Then open the official page if you still want the book.
